David, City Planning Consultant <br /> DATE: 6/20/2013 <br /> RE: Final Re-Plat for Beachwalk a/k/a Atlantic 15 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> This Resolution is presented for your consideration <br /> REASONS: <br /> On December 20, 2012 Terra Beachwalk, LLC was granted site plan approval for <br /> 15 single family residences by the City Commission pursuant to Resolution 12-Z- <br /> 135. Condition 3 of said Resolution stated: <br /> "That the Applicant shall obtain all approvals necessary in connection with <br /> replatting of the property prior to the commencement of building activity. If the <br /> City and County do not approve the re-plat any approvals granted by this <br /> application shall be made null and void." <br /> The Applicant has completed the platting process with Miami-Dade County. <br /> Additionally, the Applicant has received approvals necessary from the various <br /> utilities and is therefore requesting approval of this re-plat from eight lots to 15 in <br /> order to construct the 15 single-family residences that were previously approved. <br /> _Pursuant to Section 265-17 of the City Code, the City Commission is required to <br /> approve the final re-plat. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> • Letter of Intent <br /> • Resolution <br /> • Exhibit"A" <br /> Agenda Item No.101 <br /> Date 6/20/2013 <br /> 162 <br />
