John Szerlag <br />City Manager Reference is made to our conversation earlier today. Enclosed are the two (2) original <br />Hans Manager <br />City Attorney agreements that were returned to us on yesterday. As I explained to you, IBM did not <br />Jane A. Hines execute all of the agreement documents. In fact, they only signed the Statement of Work <br />City Clerk for Service Elite for one of the agreements. Please resend the enclosed agreements to <br />IBM for execution. <br />Upon completion, please return both originals to my attention.
