Mike is responsible forthe over- <br />all management of all of Link Construction Group's projects. This first hand knowl- <br />edge of the daily activities facilitates in the overall completion of all our projects; on <br />time, on budget and with the clients full satisfaction. <br />His duties range from coordinating the initial design teams to obtaining the Certif- <br />icate of Occupancy including scheduling, material procurement, vendor and sub <br />contractor coordination, review of submittals and shop drawings and permitting, <br />contract negotiations, dealing with all governmental agencies and all cost account- <br />ing for the projects. <br />Throughout his career, he has served as a superintendent, project manager, es- <br />timator & construction manager. He has successfully completed over 20 Million <br />square feet of product valued at over 950 Million Dollars.
