Dave Clarke, PE, CFM - Mr. Clarke has over 10 years of experience on numerous roadway projects for the Florida Department of <br />Transportation and municipalities in Miami -Dade, Broward & Palm Beach Counties. His experience also includes the inspection, <br />construction, and coordination of utilities for major projects, including urban arterials, limited access facilities, and design/build <br />projects for FDOT. He has extensive permitting experience with many of the regulatory agencies including the Department of <br />Environmental Resources Management (DERM), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Department of <br />Environmental Protection, Miami -Dade County Water and Sewer Department, Department of Health, and Miami -Dade County <br />Public Works Department. Mr. Clarke also has experience as a field inspector on water mains, pump stations, storm drainage, <br />sanitary sewers, force mains, signals, Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Studies (SSES) and Sanitary Sewer Repair and Rehabilitation <br />(SSRR) projects. He is proficient with various engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, AutoTURN, MathCAD, Excel, <br />MircoStation, Graphical Information System (GIS), MicroPaver, and HEC -RAS. <br />e Diana Sudasassi, PE - Mrs. Sudasassi - Bilbao, with over 18 years of experience, has been Project Engineer, Project Manager, and <br />Engineer of Record on many traffic calming and roadway projects, and is responsible for the design and production of several <br />municipal roadway improvement projects undertaken by the firth. She is experienced in developing residential, commercial and <br />1 highway lighting and roadway plans. This experience includes implementation of traffic calming devices such as roundabouts and <br />diverter islands, resurfacing and reconstruction plans, drainage design studies and reports, maintenance of traffic, signalization, <br />lighting and signing and marking plans. She has a good drainage and lighting background with many of the local regulatory <br />agencies. <br />Godfrey A.O. Lamptey, PE, PTOE - Mr. Lamptey has been actively involved in research and the practice of transportation planning <br />and engineering for over 11 years. He has extensive experience, particularly, in the areas of transportation planning, traffic <br />operations and safety, and highway design. He also has extensive expertise in the analysis of transportation networks for <br />congestion and safety management, multi-criteria optimization and decision- making under various budgetary scenarios. He is <br />proficient in the use of several traffic engineering software such as HCS +, CORSIM, TRANSYT -7F, SYNCHRO, SIMTRAFFIC, <br />PASSER II, VISSIM, ARTPLAN and HIGHPLAN.
