She has served as project manager, <br />project architect, job captain, and architectural designer for both large and small scale projects through the design development stage, <br />construction documents, permitting, and construction administration. Her experience includes new construction, renovation to existing <br />Facilities, and interior design for commercial & corporate clients. Her governmental project experience has included several projects for <br />various South Florida municipalities, working on parks and recreational facilities. Kennedy Causeway Improvements', North Bay <br />Village, Florida <br />Architectural design Project Manager for the Master Nan and the <br />redevelopment of the Causeway, the commercial corridor of the City. <br />The project consisted of a master plan that encompassed the of a <br />design for a 6 lone divided road, improved public safety, streetscope <br />improvements, sidewalks, lighting, landscape improvements, a buffer <br />wall for the Village's residents and entry features, which would provide <br />a new image of the Village. <br />Crandon Boulevard Master Plan', Village of Key Biscayne, <br />Florida <br />Architectural design Project Manager for this project that takes an <br />existing suburban style highway and transforms it into a center of <br />community activities. By promoting the safe and secure transit of all <br />types of vehicles and pedestrians, this CPTE6friendly design also <br />serves to create a source of identity for the community connecting <br />retail, residential, public parks and government facilities into a <br />cohesive design. The project consisted of a master plan that <br />encompassed the design for a 44one divided road, improved public <br />safety, easing of traffic congestion, traffic calming, pedestrionization, <br />improved mass transit, streetscope improvements, sidewalks, lighting, <br />and a roundabout. This project, divided into three phases, will provide <br />the Village with a reference for the traffic and public safety impacts of <br />future development or redevelopment of properties fronting Crandon <br />Boulevard and its side streets. <br />Southridge Aquatic & Community Center% Miami, Florida <br />Designer for this $2.7 million programming and architectural design of <br />an 8,000 s.f community and aquatic center at a 5.3 -acre park. The <br />aquatic facility includes a 25 x 25 M competition pool with a diving <br />well, an aquatic exercise pool and a children's waterplay pool. <br />Medley Linear Park% Medley, Florida <br />Project Manager for the architectural and engineering design of the <br />multi -phase linear park. The master plan design of 2,000 linear feet <br />park includes pavilions, walkways, fishing areas, exercise stations, <br />activity plazas, parking, road relocation, lighting and landscaping. <br />Gibson Park'. Miami. Florida <br />Project Manager in charge of the architectural design for a 9acre, <br />$10 million urban park as part of the area renewal and community <br />redevelopment district. This Silver LEED Certified project consists of <br />a 6,400 s.f recreation center, 4,000 s.f. renovated community <br />center, 15,000 s.f. basketball gymnasium, bowling alley, <br />concession area, football and baseball fields and an aquatic <br />center, all of which will be completed in two phases. The <br />development of the park was carefully arranged to meet the <br />program requirements while working within strict space limitations. <br />Taking these limitations into consideration, the firm worked to <br />develop footprints and a site layout that uses the space ovailoble in <br />the most efficient manner. <br />Joe Celestin Community Center at Claude Pepper Park', <br />North Miami, Florida <br />Project Manager for this $5.5 million multipurpose Gold LLEED <br />certification youth center which includes classrooms, youth training <br />center, computer labs, and health center. <br />Dora[ Police Headquarters, Emergency Operations Center <br />and Training Facility', Dorol, Florida <br />Architectural Designer / Project Manager for the needs assessment <br />report and the development of the Design Criteria Package for the <br />proposed $18 million dollar, 40,000 s.f. facility. Expanding on the <br />campus approach, the firm Architecture developed a TEED <br />Certifiable Design which fulfills the pragmatic, aesthetic, and public <br />needs for this facility Innovations include reflectors for <br />maximization of natural light, electronically tinted class for limiting <br />variation of light fatigue, individual control of local environmental <br />controls, heat recovery of mechanical systems for use in domestic <br />hot water, and solar generated power, all part of the firm's holistic <br />philosophy of design. <br />Martin County Emergency Vehicle Maintenance & Storage <br />Facility', Martin County, Florida <br />Project Manager selected by Martin County for the development of <br />design criteria for the design /build of the first phase of the county's <br />ultimate vehicle maintenance facility. Incorporating the latest in <br />servicing technology, including portable hydraulic lifts, overhead <br />cranes, and prefabricated rack storage, this facility will be the <br />definitive stoteof-theart facility in South Florida.
