I would like to say Thank you to C3TS and your fine staff headed by Ed <br />Dvorak, and supported by, Mustafa Albassam and Sean Compel a very competent team <br />indeed. Personally I enjoyed these Projects more than any I've done, with the Park <br />Service, because all the finite details were attended to by my C3TS team and not one <br />request for an extra detail was denied! The I B I report, prepared for the Key Largo <br />Wastewater Treatment District, was, by their definition, the absolute best ever <br />submitted. The costs to the Park Service were equitable and the schedule milestones <br />were met or exceed every time. <br />That's it, one short paragraph, and I certainly welcome future Projects with C3TS! <br />Kinde> nal Regards; <br />Randa I L.
