Over 200 million <br />dollar annual capital budget. <br />Coordinator of Engineering, Miami -Dade County Public Schools <br />District Engineer responsible for developing policies, standards, and mechanical and building system design <br />criteria for the $2.6 billion capital program. Provide technical support to safety, energy management, and <br />maintenance and construction forces. Over 200 million dollar annual capital budget <br />Manager of Energy and Security Systems, Miami -Dade County Public Schools <br />Manage, maintain, and monitor building control, fire, burglar alarm and access systems at 300 separate sites <br />comprising the nation's 4"' largest school district. Develop design standards for energy conservation and <br />building automation systems. Perform analysis of energy conservation building retrofit strategies. Select and <br />manage consultants and contractors on energy conservation projects. Prepare district utility budget, <br />1 negotiate with utility companies, act as liaison with governmental agencies, develop educational programs. <br />1 EDUCATION: <br />M.
