Included: <br /> • Removal of two existing asphalt drives (Approx. 28,770 sq ft) <br /> rJ • Drainage removal (Approx 470LF) <br /> • Water Line Demo (Approx 1500 LF as per GIS provided by City of Sunny Isles) <br /> • Removal of 18 trees <br /> • Removal of two sanitary manholes <br /> Exclusions <br /> • Permits/Permits Fees (permit fees to be paid by Harbour and reimbursed by the City of <br /> Sunny Isles) <br /> • Surveying of any kind <br /> • City to provide Harbour with survey and any other documentation plans required for <br /> permitting <br /> • Relocation of trees as may be required by DERM (Unable to price based on uncertainty <br /> of DERM findings and location of relocation) <br /> • Backfilling <br /> • Removal of asphalt sub-base <br /> • Removal of any hazardous materials <br /> • Removal of excess material <br /> • Unforeseen conditions <br /> • Harbour Construction is assuming storm drainage is constructed as a trench drain. <br /> Removal of outfalls should they exist is not included. <br /> • Harbour Construction will not be liable for any drainage related problems on-site or off- <br /> site as a result of this demolition project. <br /> • Harbour Construction can not guarantee that any and all sub-surface material is <br /> removed from this property either before nor after this demolition exercise. Harbour <br /> Construction will have a crew on stand-by if for any reason an obstacle is encountered <br /> by other GC during their construction efforts. Based on nature of material or utility <br /> found Harbour will provide a proposal to the City of Sunny Isles to remove said finding. <br /> • Electrical removal <br /> • Gas line removal <br /> • It is assumed that the water main to be removed can be isolated via valves. It is the <br /> responsibility of the City of Sunny Isles to isolate the water main loop to be removed. <br /> • It is assumed the sanitary manholes can be removed without impacting any other <br /> building or facility. That the sanitary lines can be capped at the South bound property <br /> line therefore manholes can be removed. It is not guaranteed that this can be <br /> accomplished. Plans provided are inconclusive.
