The <br /> City wishes to authorize the placement of address numbers on construction sites and vacant lots <br /> for public safety purposes. The address signs must be visible from the rights-of-way. <br /> Additionally, the City wishes to codify the requirement that buildings abutting waterways must <br /> maintain an address sign visible from the waterway. <br /> This Ordinance was requested by the Deputy City Manager, Stan Morris. <br /> Agenda Item_ ci C. <br /> Date I 0- I/- 13 <br /> A <br />
