<br />THE PROJECT IS THE SECOND PHASE OF THE ST. TROPEZ ON THE BAY
<br />CONDOMINIUM PROJECT. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF TWO TOWERS THAT
<br />COMMONLY SHARE AMENITIES AND POOL (LANAI) AREA AS WELL AS THE PARKING
<br />PEDESTAL THAT PROVIDES OFF - STREET PARKING FOR 329 UNITS AND THE
