Russo, City Manager <br />Bill Evans, Assistant City Manager <br />DATE: 11/21/2013 <br />RE: Ratifying a Miami -Dade County Class One Permit for the <br />Construction of. an Emergency /Pedestrian Bridge Connecting <br />North Bay Road Between 172 and 174th Street <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff is recommending the City Commission ratify the Miami -Dade Counh, Cass <br />One Permit for the construction of an Emergency /Pedestrian Bridge connecting <br />North Bay Road between 172nd and 174th Street. <br />REASONS: <br />The Miami -Dade County Class One Permit. is needed for the construction of an <br />emergency /pedestrian bridge connecting North Bay Road between 172nd and <br />174th Street. This Permit is necessary for the construction of the <br />emergency /pedestrian bridge.
