Russo, City Manager <br />Bill Evans, Assistant City Manager <br />11/21/2013 <br />Approval for Purchase of Diesel Fuel from Macmillan Oil Company <br />of Florida, Inc. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff is recommending the City Commission approve the attached Resolution to <br />purchase bulk diesel fuel from Macmillan Oil Company of Florida. <br />REASONS: <br />On January 20, 2.011 via Resolution No. 2011 -1662, the City Commission <br />approved an Agreement with Macmillan Oil Company of Florida, Inc. for the <br />purchase of diesel fuel for the 2,000 gallon above ground tank located on the <br />southwest portion of the Government Center. The City wishes to continue the <br />agreement for a third year for the purchase of the fuel, piggybacking from the <br />Miami -Dade County RFP No. 683, for the 2,000 gallon tank in an amount not to <br />exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) annually.
