Russo City M time electrician position. As such, the City is willing to retain you as a consultant to provide Electrical Consulting Services ( "Services ") which includes the following Hans Otty City Attorney Scope of Services and Plans and Sketches: Jane A. Hines City Clerk, MMC a. Electrical and electronic installations and repairs, alterations and testing to p � maintain the following systems on an on -call basis: electrical, alarm, communication, time HVAC controls, energy management wiring, refrigeration, internal and external lighting, switch gear, emergency generators and transfer switches, transformers, distribution, computer and data networking circuits, theatrical lighting and sound, motors, emergency lighting and all other electrical apparatus, devices, fixtures, and wiring systems owned or operated by the City (collectively referred to "Scope of Services "); and b. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and blueprints; prepare cost and time estimates for all types of electrical work; and recommend and order related supplies, equipment and materials required for performance of duties (collectively referred to as "Plans and Sketches "). The City agrees to enter into this Letter Agreement between the City and yourself, i.e, Jay Carroll ( "Consultant "), subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The City agrees to compensate you for your Services at the rate of Seventy Dollars ($70.00) per hour, on an "as needed" basis; 2. Consultant will be paid by the City on a bi- weekly basis for Services rendered; 3. Consultant shall be required to submit detailed billing invoices, with each job detailing the number of hours preformed, in order to be paid by the City; 4. City agrees to buy materials unless there is an emergency;
