LESSEE's business, including the disposal of grease generated as part of LESSEE's restaurant
<br />Operation, shall be handled and disposed of as required by and in compliance with Applicable
<br />Laws or shall be preftated to the level of domestic wastewater prior to discharge into any
<br />sanitary sewer system serving the Premises.
<br />SECTION 23. NON DISCRIMINATION.
<br />(a) American with Disabilities Act. LESSEE shall comply with Title I of the
<br />Americans with Disabilities Act regarding nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in
<br />employment and further shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for
<br />employment because of race, age, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, national origin,
<br />marital status, political affiliation, familial status or physical or mental disability. In addition,
<br />LESSEE shall take affirmative steps to ensure nondiscrimination in employment against disabled
<br />persons. Such actions shall include, but not be limited to, the following: employment,
<br />upgrading, demotion, transfer, recruitment or recruitment advertising, layoff, termination, rates
<br />of pay, other forms of compensation, terms and conditions of employment, training (including
<br />apprenticeship), and accessibility.
<br />(b) Equal Opporiu -n LESSEE shall take appropriate action to ensure that
<br />applicants are employed and employees are treated without regard to race, age, religion, color,
<br />gender, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, poliiral action, familial status or
<br />physical or mental disability during employment. Such actions mall include, but not be limited
<br />to, the followings: employment, upgrading, demotion, transfer, recruitment or recruitment
<br />advertising, layoff, termination, rates of pay, other forms of compensation, terms and conditions
<br />of employment, training (including apprenticeship), and accessibility.
<br />(c) Non - Discrimination. LESSEE shall not engage in or commit any discriminatory
<br />practice in violation of Applicable Laws, statutes, ordinances, rules regulations.
<br />SECTION 24. WRITTEN NOTICES.
<br />LESSOR and LESSEE agree that all notices under this Lease Agreement must be in
<br />writing and shall be deemed to be served when delivered to either party at:
