11. Obligations. The Parties expressly agree that the CONTRACTOR shall not be <br />released from any and all duties, obligations and/or liabilities arising under or related to the <br />Agreement. <br />12. Conflict of Law. This Assignment shall be governed by and construed in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to the conflicts of law or <br />choice of law provisions thereof. <br />13. Signatt re. The Parties agree that a facsimile signature may substitute for and <br />have the same legal effect as the original signature. <br />14. Amendment.
