Proposed Timeline: <br />Our proposed timeline shall be as follows: <br />January 16, 2014 Recommendation to City Manager <br />January 17, 2014 Notification to Vendor of Selection, commence negotiations <br />January 20 -31, 2014 Finalize contract with Vendor and complete Legal review <br />February 3 -7, 2014 Prepare Resolution for Commission approval and place Resolution and <br />Vendor contract on Agenda for February Commission meeting <br />February 20, 2014 Commission approval <br />March 3, 2014 Begin Implementation Planning with Vendor <br />March 3— September 30, 2014 Configuration, Conversion and Preparation for Go -Live <br />October 1, 2014 GO -LIVE on new software <br />We respectfully request this recommendation be accepted at this time. <br />Acceptance of Recommendation by City Manager: <br />Christopher J. <br />'bate <br />
