Russo, City Manager <br />Claudia Hasbun, Zoning Administrator /Planning Manager <br />2/20/2014 <br />Temporary Sculpture Park Approval Request from PMG -S2 Sunny <br />Isles, LLC. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt the Resolution approving the request from PMG -S2 Sunny Isles, LLC. for <br />the temporary sculpture park. <br />REASONS: <br />PMG -S2 Sunny Isles, LLC ( "Applicant ") has requested approval for a temporary <br />sculpture park, " Muse Sculpture Park" to be located at 17141 Collins Avenue. <br />The sculpture park is to be approved pursuant to Section 265 -14 of the City <br />Code.
