<br />6.ALL SERVICES INTERRUPTION AND ALL REMOVAL & DISPOSAL WORK SHALL BE SCHEDULED AND
<br />COORDINATED WITH THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FACILITIES DEPARTMENT. MECHANICAL
<br />SYSTEMS SHALL REMAIN OPERATIONAL DURING BUILDING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS. COORDINATE WORK
<br />TO CAUSE MINIMUM DOWNTIME OF ANY BUILDING SERVICE.
<br />7.ALL EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES IN SERVICEABLE CONDITIONS REMOVED UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE
<br />PROTECTED AND STORED AT THE JOB SITE FOR DELIVERY BY THE CONTRACTOR TO A LOCATION DESIGNATED
<br />BY THE OWNER/LANDLORD. ALL OTHERS, INCLUDING DUCTWORK, PIPING AND ACCESSORIES, SHALL BE
<br />PHYSICALLY REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF BY CONTRACTOR, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. CONTRACTOR
<br />SHALL COORDINATE WITH OWNER FOR FINAL ARRANGEMENTS.
<br />8.CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A COMPLETE LIST OF EQUIPMENT AND ITEMS TO BE REMOVED TO THE OWNER.
<br />ALL ITEMS THAT THE OWNER WISHES TO RETAIN SHALL BE TURNED OVER TO OWNER AND THE REMAINDER
<br />SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE AND DISPOSED OF IN A PROPER MANNER BY CONTRACTOR.
<br />9.ANY EQUIPMENT OR DEVICE TO REMAIN THAT MIGHT HAVE TO BE DISCONNECTED BECAUSE OF THE
<br />REMOVAL OF ANY OTHER DEVICE MUST BE RECONNECTED AND TIED BACK TO THE EXISTING BUILDING
<br />SYSTEMS AND TESTED FOR CORRECT OPERATION.
<br />10.ALL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AFFECTED BY THE REMOVAL, RELOCATION, INSTALLATION OF ANY PIECE OF
<br />EQUIPMENT SHALL BE REPAIRED AND REFINISHED AS REQUIRED TO MATCH EXISTING CONDITIONS OR AS
<br />DIRECTED BY THE OWNER.
<br />11.PROTECT SURROUNDING UTILITIES, WALLS, FLOORS AND CEILINGS FROM DAMAGE DURING CONSTRUCTION.
<br />THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BEAR ALL EXPENSE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF UTILITIES OR OTHER
<br />PROPERTY DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
<br />12.WORK CONSIDERED NECESSARY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK IN PROPER MANNER NOT SHOWN ON
<br />THE PLANS OR NOTES SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE OWNER/ENGINEER IN WRITING FOR
<br />APPROVAL.
<br />13.CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A COMPLETE "AS-BUILT" RECORD SET TO OWNER.
<br />14.CUT ALL OPENINGS, CHASES, TRENCHES, ETC. REQUIRED TO ACCOMMODATE THE WORK UNDER THIS
<br />DIVISION AND REPAIR ALL WALLS, ROOF, ETC. DAMAGED BY SUCH CUTTINGS. ALL WORK DONE UNDER THIS
<br />HEADING MUST CONFORM IN EVERY RESPECT TO FINISH AND QUALITY OF MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP
<br />SPECIFIED UNDER APPROPRIATE SECTIONS FOR THIS BUILDING.
<br />15.CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY SPACE CONDITIONS AND DIMENSIONS AT JOB SITE AND SHALL COORDINATE
<br />WORK WITH ALL OTHER TRADES SUCH AS ELECTRICAL, STRUCTURAL, PLUMBING, FIRE SPRINKLERS, LIGHT
<br />FIXTURES, CEILING CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPORTS PRIOR TO ORDERING, FABRICATION, AND INSTALLATION
<br />OF EQUIPMENT, DUCTWORK AND PIPING. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL

<br />16.OBTAIN FULL INFORMATION REGARDING PECULIARITIES AND LIMITATIONS OF SPACE AVAILABLE FOR
<br />INSTALLATION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS UNDER THIS CONTRACT, AND PROVIDE READY
<br />ACCESSIBILITY TO DAMPERS, AND OTHER APPARATUS, INCLUDING ANY PART OF SYSTEM REQUIRED TO BE
<br />REACHED FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS.
<br />17.ALL DUCT SIZES SHOWN ON DRAWINGS ARE CLEAR INSIDE DIMENSIONS.
<br />18.ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.
