See SUBMITTALS Section of <br />Specification 033000. <br />3.Product Data: Submit for action copies of manufacturers' product data <br />and installation instructions for proprietary materials used in exposed <br />concrete work, including form liners, release agents, manufactured form <br />systems, ties, and accessories. <br />4.Samples: At request of Architect, submit for record samples of form ties <br />and spreaders. <br />5.Compatibility Certification: Submit for record a written statement certifying <br />that form release agent used is compatible with subsequent architectural <br />finish materials applied to concrete surfaces. Submit along with <br />manufacturer's data. <br />6.Hazardous Materials Notification: Submit for record.
