Samples for Verification: For the following products: <br />1. Cap Sheet: Samples of manufacturer's standard colors for selection by <br />Architect. <br />2. Flashing Sheet: Samples of manufacturer's standard colors for selection by <br />Architect. <br />D. Wind Uplift Resistance Submittal: For roofing system indicating compliance with <br />wind uplift performance requirements. <br />1.4 INFORMATIONAL SUBMITTALS <br />A. Qualification Data: For Installer. <br />B. Manufacturer Certificates: <br />1. Performance Requirement Certificate: Signed by roof membrane <br />manufacturer certifying that roofing system complies with requirements <br />specified in "Performance Requirements" Article. <br />a. Submit evidence of complying with performance requirements. <br />2. Special Warranty Certificate: Signed by roof membrane manufacturer, <br />certifying that all materials supplied under this Section are acceptable for <br />special warranty. <br />C. Research/Evaluation Reports: Evidence of acceptance of roof assemblies by Miami - <br />Dade County Building and Neighborhood Compliance Department or evidence of <br />compliance with performance requirements as tested by entities listed with the <br />Florida Building Code Commission. <br />D. Evaluation Reports: For components of membrane roofing system, from ICC-ES. <br />E. Field quality-control reports. <br />F. Sample Warranties: For manufacturer's special warranties. <br />1.5 CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS <br />A. Maintenance Data: For roofing system to include in maintenance manuals. <br />1.6 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Installer Qualifications: A qualified firm that is approved, authorized, or licensed by <br />roofing system manufacturer to install manufacturer's product and that is eligible to <br />receive manufacturer's special warranty.
