Provide manufacturer's standard two-year warranty that products are free of defects <br />in material and workmanship and guaranteeing to replace, exclusive of freight and <br />labor, parts proven defective within two years after date of shipment to purchaser. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 MANUFACTURERS <br />A. Basis-of-Design Product: Provide Eliason Corp.; Model SCP-15 with Hidden Hinge <br />System or comparable product acceptable to the Architect. <br />2.2 TRAFFIC DOORS <br />A. Medium Impact Traffic Doors: 3/4 inch wood core with high pressure laminate (HPL) <br />full height both sides; 13/16 inch total thickness. Hidden hardware. <br />1. PL, Laminate Finish: As indicated. <br />2. Window Size: 9 inches wide by 14 inches high. <br />3. Glazing: Clear acrylic. <br />4. Provide options as specified in Accessories below. <br />2.3 HARDWARE AND ACCESSORIES <br />A. Hinges: Double Action Easy Swing hidden hinges. <br />1. Finish: Stainless steel. <br />B. Push Plates: Stainless steel; 5-3/4 inches by 11-3/4 inches. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.1 EXAMINATION <br />A. Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly prepared. <br />B. Verify jambs are plumb and square. <br />C. If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of <br />unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding. <br />3.2 PREPARATION <br />A. Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation.
