Section includes the following types of silvered flat glass mirrors with schedule as <br />follows: <br />1. HD-09, Annealed monolithic glass mirrors <br />2. MI, Film-backed glass mirrors qualifying as safety glazing. <br />1.2 ACTION SUBMITTALS <br />A. Product Data: For each type of product. <br />1. Mirrors. Include description of materials and process used to produce each <br />type of silvered flat glass mirror specified that indicates sources of glass, <br />glass coating components, edge sealer, and quality-control provisions. <br />B. Shop Drawings: Include mirror elevations, edge details, mirror hardware, and <br />attachment details. <br />C. Samples: For each type of the following: <br />1. Mirrors: 12 inches square, including edge treatment on two adjoining edges. <br />2. Mirror Trim: 12 inches long. <br />1.3 INFORMATIONAL SUBMITTALS <br />A. Qualification Data: For Installer. <br />B. Sample Warranty: For special warranty. <br />1.4 CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS <br />A. Maintenance Data: For mirrors to include in maintenance manuals. <br />1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Installer Qualifications: A qualified installer who employs glass installers for this <br />Project who are certified under the National Glass Association's Certified Glass <br />Installer Program.
