Until such time as the insurance is no longer required to be maintained by VENDOR, VENDOR shall provide CITY with a renewal or replacement Certificate of Insurance before expiration or replacement of the insurance for which a previous Certi Ii care of Insurance has been provided. (2) The Certificate of insurance shall contain a statement that it is being provided in accordance with this Agreement and that the insurance is in full compliance with the insurance requirements of this Agreement.
