AMENDMENT N0.1 TO AGREEMENT FORCOUNTY ATTORNEY SERVICESCONTRACT #C14-2I66-BCCThis AMENDMENT N0.1 made and entered into this^/uday of March, 2016, amendsthe Agreement for County Attorney Services (Contract #C14-2166-BCC) (the "InitialAgreement"), dated March 18, 2014, by and between Okaloosa County, Florida, a politicalsubdivision of the State of Florida (the "County") and Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson, P.A,("NON") as follows:1, The term of the Initial Agreement is extended for an additional three (3) years beginaingon October 1,2016 through September 30,2019.2.
