the County shall not be required to give such sixty (60) day written notios if, in theopinion of the Board, NG&N is unable to perform its obligations hereunder, or if in theBoard's opinion, the services being provided are not • !n such theCounty may immediately terminate this agreement by mailing a notice of termination toNG&N. In the event of termination, with or without cause, NG&N shall be compenaatedin accordance herewith for approved time and expenses prior to the oftermination.(C) For two (2) yeare after the termination of this agreement, NG&N shall notrepresent another person or entity for compensation in the Board, theCounty Planning Commission, or the County Code Enforcement Board.SECTION 9. OUTSIDE COUNSEL AND From time to time,the Board may encounter issues which require retention of outshje counsel or otherexperts with a specialized knowledge in a particular area. Subject to the approval of theBoard, if time permits, or, alternatively, upon the concurrence or recommendation of theCounty Administrator, NG&N shall have the authority to use or retain on behalf of theCounty such addittona! experts or counsel that it deems necessary to implement therelated objectives and programs of the County. Such approval shall be first requestedin writing and shall include a scope of services and method of compensation for eachadditional expert or counsel requested. Statements for and costs incurred by anyapproved consultant, expert or counsel, shall be first reviewed by NG&N and, uponapproval, submitted to the County Administrator and/or the Board for payment.10. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION.
