I ^Q.-o^nAmendment No. 1 to Agreemenjfor County Attorney ServicesThis Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for County Attorney Services is madeand entered into this-18th day of July, 2011, by and between the BOARD OF COUNTYCOMMISSIONERS OF WAKULLA COUNTY, FLOMDA, hereinafter referred to as"Board" and the law firm of NABORS, GIBLIN, & NICKERSON, P.A., hereinafterreferred to as "NG&N."-WITNESSETH-WHEREAS, the Board previously selected NG&N to provide legal services toWakulla County (the "County") as a result of County RFP No. 2009-011; andWHEREAS, on or about July 18, 2009, the Board and NG&N entered into thatcertain Agreement for County Attorney Services to document the terms and conditions ofNG&N's service to the County as County Attorney; andWHEREAS, Section 8 of the Agreement for County Attorney Servicesauthorizes the parties to extend the contract's term as mutually agreed to by the parties;andWHEREAS, the Board and NG&N now desire to extend the term of theAgreement for County Attorney Services until September 30, 2014.NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF TERM. The term of the current Agreementfor County Attorney Services is hereby extended through and including September 30,2014.SECTION 2. ORIGINAL TERMS. All other terms and conditions of theAgreement for County Attorney Services not amended herein shall remain unchanged.SECTIONS. MISCELLEANOUS TERMS.(A) This Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for County Attorney Servicesshall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for all legal actionsnecessary to enforce this agreement shall be in Wakulla County, Florida.(B) No amendment, supplement, modification or waiver of this AmendmentNo. 1 to the Agreement for County Attorney Services shall be binding unless executed inwriting by both parties hereto. No waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shallbe deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision of this agreement, whetheror not similar, unless otherwise expressly provided.
