Amendment to Agreement for County Attorney ServicesThis Amendment to the Agreement for County Attorney Services is made andentered into thisj^lb day of June, 2016, by and between the BOARD OF COUNTYCOMMISSIONERS OF WAKULLA COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as"Board" and the law firm of NABORS, GIBLIN, & NICKERSON, PA., hereinafterreferred to as "NG&N."-WITNESSETH-WHEREAS, the Board previously selected NG&N to provide legal services toWakulla County (the "County") as a result of County RFP No. 2009-011; andWHEREAS, on or about July 18, 2009, the Board and NG&N entered into thatcertain Agreement for County Attorney Services to document the terms and conditions ofNG&N's service to the County as County Attorney; andWHEREAS, Section 8 of the Agreement for County Attorney Servicesauthorizes the parties to extend the contract's term as mutually agreed to by the parties;andWHEREAS, the Board and NG&N now desire to extend the term of theAgreement for County Attorney Services until September 30, 2019.NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF TERM. The term of the current Agreementfor County Attorney Services is hereby extended through and including September 30,2019.SECTION 2. ORIGINAL TERMS. All other terms and conditions of theAgreement for County Attorney Services not amended herein shall remain unchanged.SECTIONS. MISCELLEANOUS TERMS.(A) This Amendment to the Agreement for County Attorney Services shall begoverned by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for all legal actions necessary toenforce this agreement shall be in Wakulla County, Florida.(B) No amendment, supplement, modification or waiver of this Amendment tothe Agreement for County Attorney Services shall be binding unless executed in writingby both parties hereto. No waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement shall bedeemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision of this agreement, whether ornot similar, unless othenvise expressly provided.
