<br />Laura is Board Certified by The Florida Barin the fiaf Appellate Practice, and
<br />concentrates her practice in the areas of appeals and litigation in State and
<br />Federal courts.
<br />She has achieved multiple appellate victories for both private and municipal clients
<br />in the areas of commercial disputes, tort litigation, land use, zoning, code
<br />enforcement and eminent domain proceedings.
<br />In addition to appellate victories, Laura has participated in awide-variety of
<br />litigation matters on behalf of private and municipal clients. Among her
<br />accomplishments, she has obtained successful results for her clients in zoning
<br />and land use disputes, construction disputes, contract disputes, and constitutional
<br />law challenges, and has successfully represented private clients in a variety of
<br />administrative law proceedings. She also has significant experience in a
<br />wide -variety of insurance coverage disputes, securing favorable coverage
<br />determinationsfor municipal as well as private clients.
<br />Laura is a former President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and
<br />currently serves on the Dade County Bar Association as a Director.
