Our Finn is the <br />preeminent full-service <br />municipal law firm in South <br />Florida dedicated <br />to serving as the "one-stop <br />shop" for municipalities <br />seeking the services of a city <br />attorney as well as <br />providing specialized legal <br />services in virtually every legal discipline, from administrative law to <br />zoning, that the City might <br />need from time -to -time. <br />ices <br />we will provide for the City, the amount of our fees for those services, the manner in which our fees for <br />those services shall be determined and the terms upon which you will make payment. <br />1. Nature of Leval Services. As City Attorney our serv <br />ices will include the representation <br />of the City, working with the Mayor and City Council and the administration, in all legal matters <br />relating to the City's affairs, from day-to-day administrative issues to the development of policies and <br />programs from the Mayor and Council. The general services that the Firm will provide include, but are <br />not limited to, all areas of general municipal law, employment issues, land use and zoning, building, <br />permitting, code enforcement and lien law, procurement and contract law, parliamentary law and <br />procedure, constitutional and legislative issues, and economic development and redevelopment issues. <br />The Firm's work will not include litigation, certain labor matters, including collective bargaining and <br />claims of discrimination, real estate matters and special projects.
