Francis X. Suarez is of counsel in the Corporate and Business practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Suarez has <br />more than 13 years of experience in real estate and corporate finance, covering the gamut of clients’ real estate needs, <br />from acquisitions and financing to sales and joint ventures. He also has served as outside general counsel to a variety of <br />companies. <br />Mr. Suarez serves as mayor of the City of Miami. He previously served as Commissioner for the City of Miami, District 4, <br />working to raise the standards of the city in which he was born and raised. His civic accomplishments on behalf of the city <br />are extensive. He is vice-chair of the Miami-Dade Transportation Planning Organization and immediate past president of <br />the Miami-Dade County League of Cities, to name a few.
