Drawing AVOS-01 shows six (6) ceiling speakers in the reception area, two (2) ceiling O speakers in the lounge, and nine (9) ceiling speakers in the NE covered patio. However, none of these speakers are listed on the 'Appendix B—AV Bid Tabulation' equipment list. Are they to be included? If so, please provide identification of the manufacturer and model number. Al. P+W Response: Reception and Lounge: Please include all eight Innovox speakers, wiring and controllers for speakers shown in the AV05-01 for the lobby. Include audio source (by client), DSP mixer outputs, 70 volt 2 channel power amplifier, and dual zone control via reception desk base IPAD with inductive charging. Include all conduit as needed. For the speakers in the lobby match the speaker model shown in in the Banquette hall. Patio:Yes, please include(6)speakers at Patio as shown on the bid tabulation. Q2. Appendix B — AV Bid Tabulation equipment list for the Large Classroom 109 includes a custom multimedia Podium by AV Vendor but does not provide the specific parameters this podium should meet.This podium is also called for to be provided in the Banquet Hall. A2. P+W Response: Please refer to the podium drawings included in Bid Addendum 3. Please provide (3) podiums in total for the project as indicated in the furniture/equipment plan and AV Bid Tabulation. Q3. Several line items are listed as OFE but these items are not identified. We need to know what products will be provided so that the correct cabling can be provided. A3.
