The City respects the free speech rights of all employees. However, <br /> employees are advised to be mindful of the information they post on <br /> social media accounts which can be viewed, forwarded, and shared by <br /> co-workers, supervisors and/or members of the public. <br /> b) Personal uses of social media may represent or have the appearance <br /> of representing City policy or to be on behalf of the City. For these <br /> reasons, City employees are expected to comply with all City and <br /> departmental policies as well as the following standards, when using <br /> personal social media accounts: <br /> i.
