ACCEPTANCE OF ELECTRIC FRANCHISE <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2019-537 <br /> BY FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> Florida Power & Light Company does hereby accept the electric franchise in the City of <br /> Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, granted by Ordinance No. 2019-537, being: <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, <br /> GRANTING TO FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS <br /> AND ASSIGNS, A NON-EXCLUSIVE ELECTRICT FRANCHISE, IMPOSING <br /> PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS RELATING THERETO; PROVIDING FOR <br /> MONTHLY PAYMENT OF A FRANCHISE FEE TO THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR <br /> ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN <br /> CONFLICT; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> which was passed and adopted on June 20, 2019. <br /> This instrument is filed with the City Clerk of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Section 17 of said Ordinance.
