of the Contract, the Contractor shall destroy any duplicate public records that are exempt or
<br /> confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements. If the Contractor keeps
<br /> and maintains public records upon completion of the Contract, the Contractor shall meet all
<br /> applicable requirements•for retaining public records. All records stored electronically must be-
<br /> provided to the City, upon request from the City's custodian of public records, in a format that
<br /> is compatible with the information technology p o ogy systems of the City. If the Contractor fails to
<br /> comply with the requirements in this Section, the City may enforce these provisions in
<br /> accordance with the terms of this Agreement. If the Contractor fails to provide the public
<br /> records to the City within a reasonable time, it may be subject to penalties under Section
<br /> 119.10, Florida Statutes.

<br /> 1.8 Compliance with Laws
<br /> 1.8.1 Contractor and the Services must comply with all applicable federal, state, and
<br /> local laws, codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations including, without limitation, American
<br /> with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973,
<br /> and any related federal, state, or local laws, rules, and regulations.
<br /> 1.8.2 ADA Compliance
<br /> Upon request, Contractor will provide the City with any accessibility testing
<br /> results and written documentation verifying accessibility for documents delivered by the
<br /> Contractor to the City, as well as promptly respond to and resolve accessibility complaints.
<br /> 1.9 Electronic Recordkeepinq
<br /> 1.9.1 Contractor certifies its services and products meet all recordkeeping
<br /> requirements of the State of Florida, including but not limited to those in Chapter 119, Florida
<br /> .Statutes and Rule 1B-26.003(6)(g), Florida Administrative Code.
<br /> ARTICLE II
<br /> THE WORK
<br /> 2.1 The term "Work" shall mean whatever is done by or required of the Contractor to
<br /> perform and complete its duties under this Contract, including the following: construction of
<br /> the whole or a designated part of the Project; furnishing of any required surety bonds and
<br /> insurance; and the provision or furnishing of labor, administration, management, supervision,
<br /> testing, services, materials, supplies, equipment, fixtures, appliances, facilities, tools,
<br /> transportation, storage, power, permits and licenses required of the Contractor, fuel, heat,
