Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Susan Simpson,Assistant City Manager <br /> DATE: 6/20/2019 <br /> Resolution Approving Amendment Number 2 to Contract <br /> RE: Number 6222-097 with Martin and Sons Residential <br /> Services, Inc. for Sidewalk Cleaning. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> This resolution isp resented for your consideration. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach is in need of professional pre-spray and <br /> chemical scrub pressure cleaning in the City's rights-of-way sidewalks, <br /> paths and walkways and in several parks throughout the City. <br /> As provided for through Purchasing, the Citywill be granted the same <br /> 9 <br /> pricing terms and conditions as bid through the current City of Weston, <br /> Florida, via Request for Proposal ("RFP") Number 2011-05 and used <br /> in the original Contract No. 6222-010.
