To accomplish the objective, the City <br /> approved <br /> Resolution No. 2018-2890 to acquire a parcel of land located <br /> along <br /> Street which is owned byWinston <br /> Collins Avenue south of 174 <br /> Towers 600 Condominium Association, Inc. ("Winston Towers") as well <br /> as the easements rights necessary for the construction of the bridge, <br /> and for landscaping, sidewalk expansion and installation of utilities. <br /> Through Resolution Number 2018-2890, the Commission authorized <br /> the purchase of this land and related easements agreements in an <br /> amount of$1,050,000.00. <br /> Due to a change in the membership of the Winston Towers 600 Board <br /> r of Directors and President over the past few months, <br /> some <br /> clarifications and adjustments to the language of the agreement have <br /> 114 <br />
