JOINDER AND CONSENT <br />The undersigned owner and holder of a promissory note secured by a MORTGAGE, <br />ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS, SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FIXTURE <br />FINANCING STATEMENT dated May 12, 2004, and recorded May 14, 2004, in O.R.
