Russo, City Manager <br />FROM: Bill Evans, Assistant City Manager <br />DATE: 3/20/2014 <br />RE: A Resolution and Agreement for Lynx Construction Management, <br />LLC. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff is recommending the City Commission approve the attached resolution. <br />REASONS: <br />The City intends to construct a wall underneath the William Lehman Causeway, <br />extending from the Intracoastal Waterway east to Heritage Park. <br />The City went out to bid and Commission approval is requested to award Bid <br />Number 13 -10 -02 to Lynx Construction Management, LLC who is qualified, <br />willing and able to provide the desired services in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions set forth herein. <br />Lynx Construction Management submitted a proposal to the City to construct the <br />William Lehman Privacy Wall, in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eighty <br />Four Thousand, Six Hundred and Five Dollars ($484,605.00). <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Account No. 20- 600 -5663. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />• Resolution <br />• Agreement <br />Agenda Item No. IOA <br />Date 3/20/2014 <br />83 <br />
