Hines, MMC, City Clerk <br />RE: Approving the First Amendment to Sublease Agreement with American <br />Federated Title Corp., as trustee under Florida Land Trust #3258 and <br />Beach Bar @ Newport Pier, LLC <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />This Resolution is presented for your consideration. <br />REASONS <br />By Resolution No. 2013 -2139, adopted on October 17, 2013, the City Commission approved a <br />Sublease Agreement between the City, American Federated Title Corporation, as trustee under <br />Florida Land Trust #3258 ( "Sublessor ") and Beach Bar @ Newport Pier, LLC ( "Subtenant "). The <br />Sublessor and the Subtenant have negotiated new business terms between themselves. These new <br />business terms do not impact the City's obligation or rights. However, it is important to note that <br />the rent commencement date is April 1, 2014. <br />
