Review of the existing drainage systems based on field visits and inspections, City <br /> provided record or as-built drawings, historical permits reserach, historical design <br /> plans, survey information,and historical drainage calculations or reports. <br /> 3. Basic drainage calculations to support proposed pump station improvements. Detailed <br /> Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling is excluded from scope of services. <br /> 4. Pre-application meeting with the Miami-Dade RER to discuss historical drainage and <br /> potential drainage improvements for the existing systems. <br /> 5. Review of the Drainage Well capacity report(RAR)by others, provided by the owner. <br /> 6. Feasibility determination for an additional drainage well, and potential pump <br /> operational changes. <br /> 7. Coordination with Pump Manufacturers. <br /> 8. Coordination with Sluice Gate manufacturers. <br /> 9. Coordination with Oil Sand/Nutrient Separating Baffle Box Manufacturers. <br /> 10. Prepare 30% civil, electrical, architectural & structural, mechanical plans including <br /> Pumps, Automatic Sluice Gate, Telemetr /SCADA system, Generator, Fuel Tank, <br /> Y Y <br /> Electrical Service, and Structural Improvements. <br /> 11. Coordinate with FPL on existing overhead lines conflicts during construction. <br /> 12. Prepare Table of Contents of Technical Specifications. <br /> 13. Prepare preliminary cost estimate. <br /> 14. Meet with the City to confirm the propdsed concept design. <br /> 6) Task 6—60%Design Submission <br /> 1. Prepare 60% civil, electrical, architectural & structural, mechanical, and <br /> instrumentation and control plans including Pumps, Automatic Sluice Gate, <br /> Telemetry/SCADA system, Generator, Fuel Tank, Electrical Service, and Structural <br /> Improvements. <br /> 2. Prepare 60% Opinion of Probable Construction Cost, Class 2 (as defined by <br /> Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International). <br /> 3. Prepare 60%Technical Specifications. <br /> 4. CGA shall submit 60%design plans to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Staff for review. <br /> The submittal will include two (2) 24" x 36" sets of plans, AutoCAD file, one (1) <br /> Opinion of Probable Construction Cost and one (1) Draft Technical Specifications_ <br /> Documents, as well as pdf's of the above items. <br /> 5. Meet with the CITY to discuss and coordinate 60% Submission comments. Review, <br /> respond and address comments from the CITY. <br />
