Book, Esq. for <br /> RE: Professional Legislative Relations and Lobbying <br /> Services <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> 0 It is recommended that the City Commission approve this item. <br /> REASONS: <br /> Since 1998, the City has contracted Ronald L. Book, Esq. for the <br /> provision of professional legislative and lobbyist services. Mr. Book has <br /> performed well with securing grant monies from State and County <br /> agencies and assisting with other legislative matters. The City requests <br /> that Mr. Book continue to provide legislative relations and lobbyist <br /> services. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> The total contract amount is for $72,500.00, which is the aggregate of ` <br /> $65,000 (compensation) and $7;500 (reimbursements).
