<br /> REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 19-07-02 26 <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL FORM <br /> <br />The undersigned Proposer proposes and agrees, if this Proposal is accepted, to enter into an agreement <br />with the City of Sunny Isles Beach to perform and furnish all Services as specified or indicated in the <br />Contract Documents for the Contract Price and within the Contract Time indicated in this Proposal and in <br />accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. The Proposer accepts all of the <br />terms and conditions of the Advertisement or Invitation to Proposal and Instructions to Proposers, including <br />without limitation those dealing with the disposition of Proposal Security. This Proposal will remain subject <br />to acceptance for 90 days after the day of Proposal opening.
