An explanation of why the Proposer is the best qualified to perform the contract <br />and demonstrate its qualifications including an item-by-item disclosure outlining <br />how the firm meets or exceeds the requirements of this RFP. <br />The M Network has been in existence for more than sixteen years. All of them have been spent <br />creating brands and building public awareness and education campaigns for government <br />agencies and non-profits. <br />Our years of experience have helped us create a reliable, “Brand First” methodology that <br />is built on research, consistent branding, and high-impact creative. We have deployed this <br />methodology with demonstrable success for local, statewide and national clients, some of <br />which were mentioned above. <br />This approach creates a clear understanding of your organization and a clear analysis of your <br />target audiences. It is a six-step process to: <br />• Assess: In this phase of our process, The M Network will identify the organizations <br />strengths, weaknesses, assets and resources. In addition will help you to define a <br />“Destination Brand.” Simply stated, the “Destination Brand” is the image that you want to <br />project to your target audiences. <br />• Define: This is where we identify your target audiences and the aspects and offerings of <br />your organization that are most compelling to them. We will also deploy opinion research <br />to discern what your audiences currently think of you and how that matches to your <br />“Destination Brand.” <br />• Identify: Once we create your “Destination Brand” and clearly understand your target <br />audiences, we will then to identify the best mediums in which to connect with them, <br />filtering them by those that are most appropriate to your “Destination Brand” <br />• Create: With all the information about your audiences, “Destination Brand,” and mediums <br />through which to connect, we will then be able to create and package 2 to 3 different sets <br />of elements and campaign concepts. <br />• Test: These elements will then be tested in focus groups made up of members of your <br />various target audiences. This will help us in identifying and perfecting the one concept to <br />mover forward with.
