M.NETWORK <br />39RFP NO. 19-07-02 <br />Under Thom’s strategic and creative guidance, The M Network has won several industry <br />awards including Telly Awards, Addy Awards, and a proclamation from Miami-Dade County <br />declaring July 16th as The M Network Day. <br />He will lead the team and fuel the creativity to reach The City of Sunny Isles Beach campaign <br />goals for a successful 2019-2020. <br />— <br />Grace Ramos – Sr. Account Executive <br />Grace is an account lead, content creator, and media buyer. In her role as senior AE, she will <br />be responsible of coordinating the work on a day-to-day basis. She has successfully managed <br />all aspects of communications & outreach initiatives for M Network clients. She is responsible <br />for ensuring creative, timely and cost-effective delivery. She has worked alongside various <br />clients—managing projects, producing multi-lingual collateral material, coordinating shoots, <br />ensuring production schedules are met, overseeing grassroots initiatives and, when applicable, <br />stepping to help in negotiations and placement for local media buys, developing a media plan <br />and PR. She has a deep understanding and appreciation of each individual client goals and <br />community impact and has been able to effectively communicate that to the target audiences. <br />She manages teams for clients such as The Children’s Services of Broward County, The Miami <br />Foundation, Knight Foundation, and The Children’s Trust. She shepherds state, national and <br />international clients such as Imperial Freight Brokers, Florida’s Auto Tag Management Group, <br />Becker Law and Ferring Pharmaceuticals. <br />Grace Ramos is an all-around team player with thorough knowledge of all sides of account <br />management, production and media buying. A proud graduate of the University of Miami <br />with a double major in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science, she has worked both in <br />and out of TV stations. Having worked at CBS and NBC local affiliates, she has a powerhouse <br />combination of station relations/sales relationships in addition to creative experience of <br />writing and producing TV and radio commercials. <br />She began her career as a News Assignment Editor before moving into a prominent role in <br />Creative Services. After earning her wings, she was tapped to hold the post of Marketing <br />Director in the Sales Department of CBS 4 bringing forth her creativity in exercising client <br />relations and pertinent sales skills. Grace left CBS 4 to put her combined experiences to work <br />for M Network clients.
