M.NETWORK <br />60RFP NO. 19-07-02 <br />Each response had to answer the questions: <br />Does this enhance the lives of the children of Broward County? <br />Does this empower them to become responsible, productive adults? <br />It is largely into this experience that The M Network leaned when helping to create the most <br />recent Water Watchers campaign for CSC. For this campaign, we were asked to create a <br />transit, billboard, and digital campaign. Understanding, however, that lives could¬–and needed <br />to be–saved through this work, our team was compelled to take the project a step further. <br />We examined the demographics of those most at risk and researched the most effective <br />means to reach them. With that in mind, and in order to ensure that campaign would be both <br />cost effective and successful, The M Network presented an additional campaign component. <br />At no additional cost to CSC Broward, The M Network wrote, shot, edited and presented a <br />60-second television PSA and helped our client to obtain free airtime on media partners, <br />digital distribution, and social media platforms. <br />You can view the PSA on your website at cscbroward.org/designate-water-watcher <br />While the goal of our MSD crisis communication plan was to help the community and keep <br />our client in brand, the goal of the water watchers crisis communication strategy was to avoid <br />a crisis altogether.
