CORPORATE + HOSPITAL <br />EXTERNAL AFFAIRS <br />Recommended Focus Areas & Timeline for Implementation <br />The following recommendations are designed to provide a roadmap for conducting branding and <br />marketing activities for Aspire Health Partners resulting in improved education, differentiation, and <br />perceived value. This plan has been developed following site inspections, the review of supplemental <br />marketing materials and key stakeholder interviews. <br />Action items require the development and implementation of a well-organized, effectively <br />managed communications program and it is recommended that additional staffing be <br />employed to carry out the marketing initiatives for Aspire. <br />The addition of a dedicated marketing team would support corporate marketing initiatives and would <br />ensure brand consistency across all programs and services. The team would work in cooperation with <br />affiliate partners to serve as a partner and critical resource for marketing and brand development.
