Third Method: Intercept Surveys <br />Using the structure of the survey already created online, we can also deploy a street team to conduct <br />intercept surveys in Sunny Isles Beach. <br />• We will train a street team and deploy in Sunny Isles Beach-branded uniforms <br />• A street team of 3-5 people for up to six entire days to conduct surveys in areas which tend to attract <br />the most residents, customers and visitors. <br />• One option is for surveys to be conducted on tablets or cell phones that feed directly into the online <br />survey, making response accumulation and tabulation easy and cost-effective.Jacober Creative will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach, as part of this first stage <br />of the project: <br /> <br />• A research summary that includes results of surveys and focus groups we conduct, in addition to <br />other data mining from existing reports <br />• A brand positioning statement resulting from the research and our creative approaches <br />• Reports outlining significant meetings, discussions, actions and results <br />• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of current image and positioning <br /> <br />In the end, we will confirm all branding and marketing objectives and goals with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, <br />with the final report including a mission and vision statement based on the research conducted in this phase. <br />Specialized Focus Areas for Sunny Isles Beach include: <br />Government Reputation and <br />Messaging Impact <br />Retail, Dining and Hotels <br />(such as: USA Today Best Waterfront Hotel-Awarded Acqualina Resort & Spa) <br />Residents and Services Businesses – Existing <br />and Attracting New Ones <br />West to East, Beach to <br />Intracoastal Integration <br />Building a Diverse <br />Multicultural City <br />RFP — No. 19-07-02 RFP — No. 19-07-02 Approach / MethodologyApproach / Methodology 45 44
