2017 Sponsorship PackageARTS & SEAFOOD CELEBRATION <br />Dania Beach, FL <br />Number of Attendees: 100,000 over the 5-year <br />event series <br />Number of Vendors: 100+ in 2017 <br />In 2012, the Dania Beach Community Redevelopment <br />Agency (DBCRA) launched the inaugural Arts and <br />Seafood Celebration with the objective to (re) <br />introduce local residents and visitors to the reviving <br />Downtown Dania Beach City Center and Arts & Vintage <br />District through an “Art & Seafood” marketing event <br />that allows visitors to discover local and/or regional <br />restaurants, artists and shops. The celebration was <br />designed to promote the City’s unique identity and <br />to enhance Dania Beach’s branding with a renewed <br />energy by bringing citizens together for a common <br />cause. In addition, the event gave the City’s businesses <br />the opportunity to market themselves to an audience <br />that may not otherwise visit the area. <br />The RMA marketing team, serving as an extension <br />of CRA staff, launched an extensive promotion and <br />advertising campaign each year through broadcast <br />and print media placements, website and social <br />media interaction, outdoor signage, competitions, <br />and strategic partnerships with sponsors and the <br />community, totaling over 175 print advertisements, <br />1,000 signs and banners, 1,107 TV air time appearances <br />through Comcast, announced over 7 different radio <br />stations, and over 36,000 pieces of collateral. Over <br />the past three years, the event had over 12.4 million <br />media impressions and over 1,093,000 social media <br />impressions.
