STAFFING <br />September 20th, 2019 <br />Clean Space has been in business since 2011 we currently employee 500 cleaners which <br />all work in the South Florida area. The staff that will be used for this project will not be <br />new employees, they will be current employees that have been with out company for at <br />least one year. They will be shifted from other locations to service this RFP, new cleaners <br />will be placed on their shift at the other locations. Clean names are not available until we <br />are notified that RFP has been awarded. Below please find management team. <br />PROJECT ORGANIZATIONAL CHART <br />Matt Giunco <br />Operations Manager <br />Eddia Journey <br />Project Manager <br />Swanny Rodriguez <br />Lead Supervisor <br />Matt Giunco (Operations Manager) : As operations manager Matt oversees all aspect of <br />the business from special jobs scheduling to selecting management team matt will be the <br />person to discuss administrative contractual topics <br />Eddia Journey (Project Manager) : As Project manager Eddia would be in charge of all <br />scheduling, hiring and firing of cleaners, Eddia would be the person to discuss any day to <br />day operations items that need to be attended to, also will be creating cleaning task list <br />for individual cleaners. Coordinates work. Reports to Matt Giunco <br />Swanny Rodriguez (Lead Supervisor) : As lead supervisor Swanny will be the one <br />conducting site visits and performing detailed inspections, Swanny will also be the one <br />training the cleaners on the field as needed. Reports to Eddia Journey <br />No Subcontractors will be used. All work to be performed by Clean Space direct <br />employees. See Attached Resumes. <br />
