APPROACH/METHODOLOGY <br />September 20th, 2019 <br />At Clean Space we use technology to keep our teams accountable and increase <br />communication. We have spent over $100,000.00 developing our own proprietary <br />software app called Clean Space Swept. <br />We will use swept on all expects of our operations, swept allows us to keep our team <br />accountable and at the same time offer industry unmatched transparency into all of the <br />services we provide. <br />Please read below for some of Swept functionalities that we will be bringing on to Sunny <br />Isles at no additional charge. <br />• Cleaners will punch in and out every shift from our app which will be GPS enabled <br />• Our staff cleaning checklist will be uploaded into the app, cleaners can translate <br />checklist to Spanish on their smartphones, in this manner they know exactly what <br />they need to do by following the customized checklist always on their phones. <br />• Supervisors will provide detailed inspections which will contain pictures, comments <br />inside of the app from customized inspection form, assigned customer will received <br />these inspections report via email as PDF reports. <br />• Cleaners can request supplies from the app, we will allow them to see the supplies <br />which are approved for the account, supplies requested thru the app will be <br />delivered in 48 hours by our own drivers. <br />• Supervisors are notified when a cleaner is late for shift by alerts pushed thru the app, <br />our goal is to provide cover or inform customer before they find out. <br />Clean Space Swept app offers a lot more functionalities which are too many to list here. <br />Our goals is to be transparent as possible with all of our services, being an innovator in <br />this industry we can provide detailed reports for all questions or concerns thanks to the <br />technology we will be using. <br />We'll be happy to answer any other questions in person.
